Armada in bankruptcy protection

Armada Shipping SA says it is protected from enforcement measures by creditors after it filed for bankruptcy. According to reports the Swiss-based dry-bulk company took the action after a deal to buy the company fell through. A company statement says: "Armada Shipping SA is as of today fully protected from any debt collection measures under the Swiss bankruptcy law."
