Oceanaut inc., an AMEX listed SPAC ( Special Purpose Acquisition Company ) sponsored by Excel Maritime, announced this week that it reached an agreement to acquire a fleet of 4 modern bulk carrier vessels at USD 352m from Greek owners. All four vessels have long term employments. As per SPAC rules, this deal is subject to shareholders's approval. Download File
