steel435_thumb_thumb_thumb_thumb.jpgThe average price of major steel products inched up 1.49 percent between November 3 and 10, reports yicai.com, citing data from the price monitoring center at the National Development and Reform Commission. The average prices of deformed steel bars and wire rods stood at 4,686 yuan per ton and 4,489 yuan per ton on November 10, up 3.22 percent and 2.99 percent respectively from November 3.
The average prices of hot-rolled steel and cold-rolled steel stood at 4,653 yuan per ton and 5,474 yuan per ton, up 1.71 percent and 1.18 percent from November 3.
The average price of zinc-plating steel tube and steel channel stood at 5,425 yuan per ton and 4,411 yuan per ton, up 0.48 percent and 1.20 percent from November 3.
Wuhan Iron and Steel shares closed at 4.61 yuan in trading, up 1.1 percent.
